PECB ISO 37001 Lead Implementer - Anti-Corruption System Management

The "ISO 37001 Lead Implementer" training is a comprehensive program designed to provide participants with the skills necessary to implement and manage an anti-corruption management system in accordance with ISO 37001 standard. ISO 37001 provides guidelines and recommendations to help organizations prevent, detect, and address acts of corruption in their operations.

After completing the ISO 37001 Lead Implementer training, you will be able to achieve the following objectives:

• Understand the key concepts and practices of an anti-corruption management system (ACMS) in accordance with ISO 37001:2016: You will develop a deep understanding of the principles and requirements of the ISO 37001 standard, including definitions, anti-corruption principles, key elements of the ACMS, etc.
• Decipher the ISO 37001 requirements applicable to an ACMS as an implementer: You will be able to understand and interpret the specific requirements of ISO 37001 for implementing an ACMS in your organization. You will be capable of identifying the necessary steps for compliance with the standard.
• Initiate and plan the implementation of an ISO 37001-based ACMS using PECB's IMS2 methodology and other best practices: You will be able to guide your organization in the initial implementation of an ACMS by following a structured methodology, such as PECB's IMS2 methodology. You will also learn best practices for establishing an action plan, allocating resources, and managing corruption-related risks.
• Support an organization in the management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of an ACMS in compliance with ISO 37001:2016: You will know how to ensure effective management and maintenance of an ACMS within your organization, including the establishment of monitoring, auditing, and continuous improvement processes. You will be able to identify potential areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Advise an organization on anti-corruption best practices: You will be able to provide informed advice and recommendations to organizations on anti-corruption best practices, based on your expertise in implementing the ISO 37001 standard.
• Pass the ISO 37001 Lead Implementer exam and obtain one of the "PECB Certified ISO 37001 Lead Implementer" certifications: At the end of the training, you will be prepared to successfully pass the certification exam and gain recognition as a certified professional in the implementation of the ISO 37001 standard.
