About The Course Lego4Scrum

The Lego4Scrum workshop aims to teach participants the Agile Scrum-oriented working method, which consists of a set of steps for growing complex products and allows them to confront any issues that may arise.

This Lego4Scrum workshop, sometimes perceived as too entertaining by participants, is essential for the Agile coach's mission and their potential counterparts to guide teams towards Scrum or a framework based on Scrum. The Lego4Scrum workshop lasts an average of 2.5 hours and is composed of teams of 4 to 6 people (one box of Lego per team), each with its customized board.

Teams will be tasked with building a part of the city, which will be assembled at the end of the workshop. The workshop facilitator plays the role of the Product Owner, while the participants act as the product developers.
